I noticed recently that the last place this was hosted, on getfitboomer.com, has not vanished! Thanks to some Internet sleuthing, I was able to find another copy of the PDF, to be preserved forever here as it deserves. This essay changed my entire world, the moment I read it I was a convert to the “Ancestrally inspired” way of life, and how wrong everything I thought I knew was.
